Beckett has always been a better away pitcher (2.92era/.204bavg against on the road to 4.43era/.252 bavg against at home). That includes a 1.64era and .190bavg in 10IP at the vet. He is a career 2.77era/.202/1hr in 26ip vs phi. Both teams hitting about .278 right now and bullpen edge goes to phi but fla pen pitching better in their last 3. Roa has been pretty bad in 2 starts this yr. His career #'s are pretty bad and he has even home/road splits. FLA not a good road team to this point but like Beckett in this spot.
TOR +160 vs NYY 100/160
Both teams hitting well right now (NYY .301 - TOR .275) but they both hit RH about the same. Halladay has good career #'s vs NYY and his #'s vs Yanks on the road are about the same vs his career #'s vs them so he has pitched well at yankee stadium. Bullpen era for both teams is pretty bad, worse for yanks. Mussina has pitched well so far but like the value in Halladay at a good sized dog price.

Seattle only hitting .231 vs LH this yr and while Lilly doesn't have good career #'s vs sea he has pitched well at safeco (2.70era/.162bavg against in 10IP). Franklin is a much better home pitcher, not a surprise as safeco is a pretty good pitchers park. He also has better #'s at nite (11-3/3.32era at nite to 2-4/5.57era during the day. Both teams got 7 innings out of their starters last nite and sea bullpen one of the best on the yr. Listed ump has neutral o/u #'s last 3 yrs.
SD +1.5 (+100) vs LA 100/100
Think +1.5 at even $ is good value in what should be a low scoring game. Peavy has pitched great thusfar and is a career 3.71era/.224bavg against in 17IP vs LA. Nomo has had 3 good-great outings on the road but has only gone 1-2. That is mainly due to a dodger team only hitting .231 on the yr compared to .276 for SD. Nomo is also a career 7-2/4.22era vs SD and several padres have hit him pretty good (klesko .275 in 40 ab, r.white .269 in 26ab, s. burroughs .333 in 16ab).
