Tough looking card. . . looks like Vegas is setting traps all over the place  Still, here's what I'm looking at for now:

Michigan +8 over Indiana. . . really like this line. IU has been stuggling and to just get a win against this scrappy Wolverine team will take some doing. To cover 8 points will take a lot IMO.

NC State laying 5 over Georgia Tech. . . Tech was a great bet against Maryland at home. . . now I believe they are a good fade. Yellow Jackets are night and day on the road vs. home. NC State stuggling on the road but now come home in a game they need to win. Think we'll be fine laying the points here.

Will definitely be on the games above unless something comes up, but also have some leans:

Kent laying 1 over Ball State. . . I like Ststrl's writeup on this one. I realize this looks a little easy, but several stats are against Kent dropping two in a row. Unless there are unknown injuries or something else that happens tomorrow, I'm pretty sure I'll have to take a shot on this one.

Tennessee laying 1.5 over Arkansas. . . here's another shady line for obvious reasons. Vols are just much better. The thing is though that Vegas seems to be underrating this team all season long.

North Carolina laying 2.5 over Virginia. . . looking into this as North Carolina needs this home win. Another reason is that Wizzard is on it! Anyways, still checking this one out.

I'll say this from the beginning, this card might be a good one to stay away from. Looking to go with the best 3 solid plays that I can find and stick to halftime totals where I have been doing well this year.

only thing really of note in the kent game (and i believe it was mentioned in that article) is that ball state has dominated kent state in muncie over the years. its one of the few places kent state just has no success. but like you said- tough to see kent dropping two in a row. having said that, theyre still 2 FULL games ahead of the 2nd place team in their division. and thats miami, who kent has swept the season series with and holds any tiebreaker.

so i guess the only concern is kent being "complacent" and not really having a whole lot to play for. but i still think youre right. tough to go against kent here, even though bsu has owned the series in indiana

Good luck Nickelback!!

Michigan vs. Indiana
By Trevor Stewart

The hungry Michigan Wolverines are licking their chops as they venture to Indiana Hoosiers territory.

Michigan shares the Big Ten lead with Purdue, by virtue of its 7-2 straight up (SU) record in conference action. And the Wolverines are feasting on conference rivals this season, going 8-1 against the spread (ATS) in nine Big Ten tilts.

Meanwhile, the Hoosiers have lost five consecutive games SU and ATS. Four of those losses came in Big Ten play, as the team lost to Michigan State twice, at Purdue, and at Northwestern. Indiana is now 4-5 SU in conference play this season and an even worse 2-8 ATS.

Michigan rebounded from an 0-2 SU road trip with a win over Iowa Saturday, 70-62, after taking SU losses at Minnesota and Illinois. The Wolverines managed to grab the cash at Illinois and are now 5-1 ATS when wearing their visitors jerseys.

Michigan is also an amazing 12-1 ATS in their last 13 games in which a line was posted. The Wolverines have seen a 'total' set seven times, with the 'under' holding a distinctive 5-2 advantage.

The 'under' is also a perfect 5-0 in the last six meetings between these schools, as the most recent matchup didn't have a 'total' set.

Indiana is holding visiting teams to 38 percent shooting and 63.4 points per game. They'll have to work to contain Michigan's distributed attack. The Wolverines have three players averaging double figures. LaVell Blanchard leads the way with 16.4 points per game, and Daniel Horton (15.7) and Bernard Robinson Jr. (12.5) back him up.

Oddsmakers have Indiana as an eight-point favorite.

Just got in. . . locked in on one so far:

Michigan +10 over Indiana. . . one of those where I don't care how much of a joke this line is, I've gotta have it for an average play.

Not planning to make any big plays except maybe halftime. The entire card simply stinks tonight as there are too many so called "easy plays"

The theme for tonight will be sucker plays. . . here's two more for now:

Kent laying 1 over Ball State
West Virginia +18 over Pitt

Once again, just average plays. . . saving my money for tomorrow as we could come crashing back to earth pretty fast.

Watching NC State and will play them soon as well but want to see how the line moves.
