Bruins/Canes - Flat out, this Canes team is soft.....no identity.....no goaltending......Muller is getting outcoached far too much this early in the season.....once again last night....they got outhit, outshot and were 0-6 on the PP, what a surprised....on did I mention they allowed 2 PP goals too? If you do anything with this team, bet against them!
Stars/Jackets - This game showed how the condensed schedule is having an affect on the players. Talk about your slow, dull/boring game. Both teams were waiting for each to make a mistake......horrible game to watch. Stars are an average team on the road and Jackets do bring alot more energy to their game at home.
Oilers/Avs - Edm jumped on the Avs early and often. Their first 3 goals were on the PP.......this team is lethal with the man advantage! Avs not having their captain in the line-up showed.....
Preds/Yotes - 6 games in 8 nights for the Preds is all you need to know when looking at this game. They had absolutely no energy, no emotion, nothing in the tank! Yotes took full advantage of a flat team. Plus they had a rookie goalie in nets and he got a shutout to boot......Preds had 3 shots on goal in the 1st......yikes!
Nucks/Kings - I barely saw anything of this game, was just dog tired. Noticed LA scored with less than a minute to go to tie it.
