be the worst most confused and utterly useless coach I have ever seen!!!!! Call me a bit sour I'm all over the over and it looks as if I have a loser but this is BRUTAL???

How could UVA Football have slipped to this low of a point? I am amazed at how awful they are and it comes largely from a Head Coach and Staff that look like this is their first game...EVER!!:scared

I am on GT but you have to understand what UVA lost last season... most of the starting lineman, QB, RB, LB's and secondary players. If I'm Al I'm just trying to get into next season. I'll give him the benefit that this is a completely reload considering he had some junios jump ship and he loses a ton of local talent to VT. Tough place to coach but IMO he has coaching ability just not the team for it this season.

Good Evening. At an ACC school, one with a reasonable background/program in the past, you have to at least have a reasonable "team" to step in and replace your Seniors and/or early departures. In addition to winning in a given year, you have to sure up your program to at least have a relative level of talent year after year.

These Cavs could go winless, and that includes next weeks 3-2 rumble with Duke.

I hope you win your bet, and that GT gets 23 more!!!!!

Recruit some depth, earn some respect for the program to attract atheletes or move on. I recognize this is a very very fine academic school but he has been given a pass way to long. he's not playing but he sure is recruiting and doing a pooooor job if he can get that "crushed" with one graduating class.

How can you guys take him off the hook for creating some level of depth??

In any event, I hope I get the Over, the GT backers get the Cover, and Groh's Gotta Go becomes the Cav's slogan.

Not taking the blame, off him but giving him credit on what he has done with that program. I think he is making some poor decisions but he really has a young team. Not saying that is an excuse because he should have players waiting to step up and he though Olsen was going to be a leader. From my understanding and the people I speak to around the UVA camp Olsen is an unbeliveable practice player but come game time, it gets ugly. You are right, he is making some bad decisions, but if you see the QB throwing the 5 yard in routes they all have hit the ground at about 3 yards. And don't forget GT is not a BAD defense.
