Team POD misses Threepeat to Mullins Miracle Shot: 25-28-2 Last Week
In a week where we swept the Board twice, it came down to a bonehead play by Duke followed by an incredible shot by UCONN by a guy who had previously shot nothing but bricks. In the blink of an eye, we went from a 7-3 Sunday to 3-7. Kids!
We DID have 4 Cappers who were in the Black. Let’s recognize them. The GOLD MEDAL goes to YANNO with a fine 5-2 record. SITUATION takes home the SILVER MEDAL at 3-1-1. BRONZE MEDALS go to TERRYRAY (4-3) and DOUBLETWO (3-2). Congratulations to all of our Medal Winners!
Coach Burns was at .500 (2-2).
And the rest: Lauderdale Legend (3-4), Old Man River (2-4-1), Wild Bill (2-5), Elmer Fudd (1-4) and Smax (0-1).
