Phillies' Ben Lively can throw strikes with all 4 of his pitches, not a big flame thrower, relies on command and deception. Like Royals' Skoglund, who had his MLB debut other day (and tossed 6 1/3 innings of shut out ball) both these guys are projected to be back of rotation 4th or 5th starters, but that is after tape review available and teams get in some batting experience -- it is not unusual for such command/deception/composure pitchers to do very well in their first few starts at this level...
