The Wildcats are at the Rock to take on the Seton Hall Pirates at noon eastern. Probably, everyone knows the Pirates closed out Marquette on an 18-0 run to likely secure a spot in the Big Dance. Clearly, beating Nova after beating Marquette moves them into the lock category as they have already taken down Kentucky and Maryland. Nova is-2.5/139.
For the Cats, a win and they?re Big East regular season Champions plus lock down a 5 or 6 seed in the NCAA?s plus a 1 seed in the Big East Tournament. Do they want to win: yes. Do they have to...not really. Nova is starting to play a bit better. They will be without Quinerly so Booth/Gillespie/CREMO will play all of the minutes at Guard. For the Hall, it?s all about Myles Powell. As he goes, so does the Hall. He had his worse game ever vs. Nova in Philly in a 72-50 beating. This game will be tight the whole way but I believe the Wildcats pull this out. Buying the line down to -2. Nova-2 is my play.
