Team POD gave Da Man a butt kicking last week as they rolled to a 38-24-5 record. Feels great, doesn't it Boys?

For the first time ever....ALL THREE Medal winners went undefeated! With a PERFECT WEEK was our GOLD Medalist: TAYLORMADE with an AMAZING 7-0! In the SILVER position was PACKER with a sterling 4-0-3! And, claiming the BRONZE was JAGUAR at 3-0-2. That's a combined total of 14-0-5 for our top three Cappers! BRAVO gentlemen! You collectively deserve the highest praise possible!

Not done yet! How about OLD MAN RIVER with a sizzling 5-2 and THE KID chipping in with a 3-2 record. Fine work, fellas.

At .500, we had Big Kahuna and Legend at 3-3 as well as Elmer Fudd at 2-2 and Da Man Sports at 1-1.

Dms79 had an off week with a 3-4, as did Canuck at 2-3 and Tanqueray Teddy at 2-4.

Be proud Team...and let's do it again!

Going to listen to Jim Barnes for tonight's NFL game...he said: just pick the winner and let the point spread take care of itself.

Also, will go against conventional thinking on the total, too. Therefore....it's Da Bears-6.5 and Under 47 at home against the Lions.

Yesterday: 5-2. Winners: Tenn, Wash, Jax, Texans Over and Colts. Losers: Carolina and Rams.

Record

NFL 42-27-5
CFB 127-116-2

Glad I could have a good week last week to make up for some of my under .500 weeks lets see if I can keep it going today. Dont like to much in soccer today but I want to stay away from the MNF game as I want others to get their plays in on that and since I dont have a strong enough feeling to make anything on the game a POD. I am leaning on the ov 47 though. So instead I will go with the Monday Spain Soccer game for my POD

POD

Sevilla/Mallorca

ov 2.5 -115

Mornin', boys .. super day Sunday and super week as well .. went (6-0) on what I posted yesterday morning, and the only loser I had was the afternoon teaser I added, as the Pats didn't cover the - 5, but I finished SUNDAY + 23.1 UNITS on posted plays and finished the WEEK + 37.8 UNITS on posted plays .. it even got betta for me personally, as including my plays not posted, I will collect + 67.4 u from the man .. doesn't always work that way, but this is about the time of season, at least in the NFL, that I seem to do well .. hope I might have helped someone by taking the time to post my plays .. baseball has been good to me this year and with the (5-2) week in POD's last week, I am (29-11-2) in POD's the last six weeks .. the two losses last week were, of course, on football .. on to today, and the SF GIANTS have a chance to move on to the WS with a win tonight .. but, I might add that they are (0-5) when facing elimination in a BEST OF SEVEN SERIES deciding games which is the worst in major league history! Though, SF is (5-0) when facing elimination in the L5 playoff games, but St Louis went (4-0) in postseason elimination games LY and are (2-0) in that situation TY ... Kyle Lohse is (3-1) w/ 3.42 ERA in 4 career starts @ AT&T, and Matt Cain is (1-2) w/ 5.89 ERA in his L3 starts vs StL .. CAIN does pitch better at Home (2.18 Home ERA TY) and Lohse has a 3.27 Road ERA TY .. the Cardinals are not hitting well right now, and they were not super on the Road TY (42-46), while the Giants were a good Home team TY (50-36) & have a winning record at Home vs RH-starters (30-23), while StL on Road vs RH-starters have a losing record (24-32) .. all that being said, St Louis seems to perk up vs Cain who throws alot of fast balls that they do well with, and Cain TY vs StL, has allowed them 4 runs in 6 IP, 5 runs in 5.2 IP, & 3 runs in 6.2 IP, while Lohse @ SF LY went 8.0 IP allowing SF just 1 run on 5 hits with 0 walks .. in Wednesday's game Lohse only allowed the Giants 1 run in 5.2 IP, but he was wild and threw 100+ pitches in that 5.2 innings with 5 walks and 7 hits .. amazing that the Giants only got the one run off him with those 12 baserunners, so if they want to beat him tonight, they've got to do betta when they get the chance ... temp 53-54 degrees & wind out to leftcenter 10 mph .. Gary Darling HP UMP, and he hasn't exactly been a darling for the Giants who are (2-12) in the L14 games he has called balls and strikes for them : ( .. yesterday, the Giants had a nice HP UMP for the Hometeam, as Jerry Layne was (57-42) L3 years for the Hommies, but Darling has a losing record L3 years for the Hometeam (50-56) .. so, will be rooting for the Giants to move on, tonight .. but, I think I will put a little on 1h StL +1/2 and StL +RL and not jinx my boys .. Giants win it by one run would, of course, be just fine with me! In fb, Bears hosting the Lions .. Chicago coming off the bye week to prepare for this one and get healthy .. before the bye, the Bears were very strong, winning their previous 3 games with a 23-6 win over the Rams, a 34-18 win over the Cowboys, and a 41-3 win over Jax ... Bears at Home beat the Lions LY 37-13, and, in fact, the Bears have some recent ownage over Detroit, as they are (7-1) in the L8 meetings with the Lions .. Bears score 9.4 pts in 1H and allow 8 pts 1H, so they are usually on average ahead by a point at half .. Lions score 7.4 pts 1H and allow 13.4 pts 1H, so they are usually behind on average by 6 pts at half .. if you look at AWAY and HOME records, it even gets worse, as on the Road, Detroit is usually behind on average at half by 6.7 pts and Chicago are usually ahead at half on average by 8.5 pts .. they do have the hook involved, as the Bears are favored by - 3 1/2 for the first half .. think I will use in a parlay .. alot to consider, but actually, I am not wild about anything, so I have decided to use a parlay with STL +RL / BEARS ml .. the parlay will pay +106 ... GO GIANTS !!!!! May add something later.

PLAYS ( MLB & NFL ):

1H STL +1/2 (-125) *
parlay(+106)> STL +RL / BEARS ml **
triple> 1h stL +1/2 / 1h Ov 3' sf / 1h bears - 3' --> 1.0*/ 6.1*

==============================

POD ( MLB & NFL ):

STL + RL / BEARS ml (parlay pays +106)
