Was looking at at craigslist used car section because I need a new vehicle after flipping my Tundra on the freeway and happened to stumble across something about police auctions. Has anyone ever bought something this way? Are some of these sites that come up thru google legit or just scams? Thanks in advance!

All I know about police auctions is that 20-30 year old black guys buy the old police cruisers with the searchlight still attached to the drivers side.

I have never seen anyone else drive those cars. Not sure why.......

You got that right. Very popular here in Jville in the african american community. Even seen some white guys with gold teeth tooling around in them. I wonder if the search lights still work?
