Israel initiates air strikes against Iran's nuclear facilities (The beginning of the end).

United States and Great Britain align with Israel.

Syria, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey, et al align with Iran.

Oil approaches $200 per barrel.

US presidential voters favor Navy commander w/ military experience over charismatic, Illinois senator with no military experience and thin foreign policy credentials.

McCain is elected president.

Iran does not have nuclear facilities, but I guess that's inconsequential to the "non-sophisticated."

and you guys refer to others as "non sophisticated"......lol

in case you haven`t noticed, theres a disturbing trend regarding hezbollah activity in southern lebanon....it looks like hezbollah is buying a lot of land in so. leb.....and they`ve really ramped it up recently...and the implications are scary as hell....

remember hezzbollah is a global terrorist group who's stated mission in life is to wipe the state of israel off the map and are sworn enemies of the west....

well, last time i looked, land costs money....where does a terrorist group get the substantial money to do this? .....there are 3 main sources for hezbollah funds:

*money from iIran

*money from criminal enterprises

*money raised from legiti and illegit charities

here`s a link about the hezzie`s finances:

http://www.washingtoninstitute.org/html/pdf/hezbollah-testimony-05252005.pdf

iran gives hezbollah at least $100 million a year. ...that figure alone could buy a lot of Lebanese land....but when you tie it together with their other financing, it spells a lot of trouble.

the state of iran's economy sucks..... there is high unemployment and inflation there....

yet, they`re giving huge amounts of money to hezbollah instead of spending it on the nation's own domestic needs....i'd say this is a pretty good indication of the iranian leadership's priorities.

the ties between iran and hezbollah:

http://blog.technonllc.com/index.php?/archives/11-Hezbollah-as-a-strategic-arm-of-Iran.html

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/6112036.stm

why would hezbollah move into villages and hilltops in southern lebanon? understand that "unifil"(the u.n. peacekeepers), does not have a legal mandate to enter villages without lebanese army escort(ain`t that a hoot):

http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1215331011969&pagename=JPost/JPArticle/ShowFull

wonder why hezbollah would take up positions on various heights in southern lebanon?...why,that`s the first rule military doctrine.....when you control the high ground, you control the area.

it is that simple.....

now throw biological weapons into the mix...http://www.newenglishreview.org/custpage.cfm/frm/13108/sec_id/13108

what do you think the hezzie`s are gonna do with all the territory they now control?...how`s about maybe fire missiles into israel?.....

the implication in buddy`s ridiculous post was that israel is involved in some sort of naked aggression with the end game being that the poor iranians are nothing more than an excuse for them to keep their foot on the necks of the poor victimized muslims.....and the sideplot is causing unnecessary mayhem to get mccain elected?....

and we`re "non sophisticated"?.....
