Pres. Election Wager in Vegas

I no longer have an online book so I was wondering:

Do Vegas casinos take wagers on the outcome of a presidential election?

In this case McCain/Obama or McCain/Clinton?

If so, does anyone remember how wide the spread was in '04 (10 cents, 20 cents, 40 cents) or how much the line moved?

TIA

Pat

I don't think any book in Vegas offers anything other than sports now. Something about not offering lines on anything decided by human votes or something like that. You can't even bet on Superbowl MVP's anymore.

Thanks, Murph.....

I guess I didn't expect anyone to have them now.

More after the conventions.

Do you remember if they had them at all in '04.

I bet that one with Pinny, but you know what happened to that out.

Gonna hafta get a foreign addy somewhere.

You sound like me - after Pinnacle I didn't bother getting another online account.

I don't know when and to what extent the rules changed in Vegas. I don't think that had election lines in 2004, but can't remember for sure. There are some others around here that I'm sure know details of what can and can't be offered and when things changed.
