Clev starts Kizor and I believe want to make him look like a steal so playing Clev +4 and ML.They probably put him at some risk running him on bootlegs too often but it is what he offers.I believe Clev wants this more then Tamp,not that anyone wants to lose just think Clev will be more daring to succeed then Tampa will.
