Problems with Pinnacle?

Anyone out there having problems with Pinnacle?

I just tried but couldn't get in... but I'm in a hotel room with hi speed internet access and it has a firewall... wondering if Pinnacle is down, or if the firewall is causing my problem?

Can anyone help?
