Prop play questions/clarification

of course i have 2 in question:

1) brady 1st pass = inc

it hit the turf but there was a safety due to intnl grounding.....does it still get ruled as inc and a +190 winner??

2) total kick returns under 6.5 (nice work by the 2 pussy kickers in a dome with only 3 touchbacks in 9 kicks when they avg 40% touchbacks and the stadium avg 70% touchbacks)

saw 6 returns and 1 return off a free kick (punt) after the safety......is the free kick a kickoff and thus a return or is it judged differently?

1 - It is an incomplete pass. Brady was 27/41, meaning 14 incompletes. Looking at the play by play, this # is comprised of 13 traditional incompletes (including the inentional grounding) and the one time he spiked the ball to stop the clock in the 4th.

2 - not positive but believe the free kick would count in the total. If there was a return TD on that play, I would expect that to count on a kick return for TD prop bet.
