Every time I see things like that I suspect something. Make sure that both propositions mean "will Elias score at least 1 point tonight" and not one of them meaning "will Elias score 1 point (not more not less) tonight".
Also make sure that it's not a typo.

I got a little scared for a second after reading your post, but I went back and checked and they are both stated....Will Patrick Elias score a point (Goal or Assist) Must Play. Thanks for the idea to recheck. I thought it might be too good to be true as well. I guess I'll unload what I got. TJ
