I inherited this property when my Grandmother passed several years ago. I'm co owner with my Aunt. My cousin has been living here , but has now graduated College. Just went on the market. I figured there to be some "players" here on Madjacks. If anyone knows of someone looking to buy in the Village of Golf, please pass this along. It's on the Country Club of Florida. Mully: Check Zillow.com and get the information for this property corrected. A lot of people use that site for reference and it looks like it is using the wrong house for that address (the one next to it) which isn't helping your cause since Zillow lists it at 686k.

You can update Zillow yourself by proving ownership (not hard) but it will take a few days to actually update.

Thanks gmroz. I'm on it. The land alone is worth that much. The house sits at the highest point in Palm Beach County. I'm acutally down here right now. It's beauitful. I'll post some pics when I get back home later this week.
