LAS VEGAS ? Pro football has its version of the Final Four this weekend with the AFC and NFC Championship games. Oddsmakers at Las Vegas Sports Consultants have been busy not just with lines and totals, but ?prop? bets concerning the games.
Philadelphia takes the field Sunday versus Tampa Bay as a four-point home ?chalk,? with the total listed at 34. LVSC has also installed the Eagles as a $1.55 favorite (bet $155 to win $100) to score first, while the Buccaneers are a $1.35 underdog (bet $100 to win $135).
Both teams scored first last weekend during playoff victories. Philadelphia scored first in 10 of its 16 regular-season contests, including five of the last six. The Eagles also scored first versus Tampa Bay Oct. 20 to prevail as a three-point home favorite, 20-10. The Buccaneers attacked first in nine of their 16 games, including four of the final six.
