The Windy City
Nice nite, Aces:D

The Kings line is overpriced, IMHO, but I would not play the BJ's, either. I've made good $$$$ this season by playing the home team when a team plays B2B in Ana and LA. The 1st team beat them up, and the 2nd team finishes them off:D. Even though BJ's are 3-0 vs LA this season, they are in a tough scheduling spot, just like you said. The Kings aren't playing well, but they are still giving 110% every game, and they have plenty to play for. 1/2 the players are auditioning for ice time next yr, because they know the 1st line and 1/2 of 2nd and 3rd line are set once the guys come off the injury list for next season. Plus they will have even more competition next pre-season because of all the boatload of draft picks the Kings have this yr. Also look for Huet to be in goal. Murray is creating competition between his goalies by saying whoever wins keeps playing, so since Storr lost last game, Huet will likely start Tue. From the few games I've seen him play, I think he'll hold his own vs the BJ's. JM2cents:D

Good luck tomorrow:D

Aces,

Does the change in the goalie worry you in picking the hawks. Not the same without Thiabault?

Also the Islanders need to win to stay in the race for the final playoff spot.

Great call on Buf. last night.

Aces, I see you have the U in the Leafs/canes game. I see a high scoring affair here but your record is nothing like mine. May I ask what you see and I don't besides the ML difference. I know leafs are back to back on the road but they will give a few up and will also score a couple against the canes. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

GL!

here we go again

Vinny
Chicago has dominated the Islanders in recent years and is 8-0-2 in the last 10 matchups. It has been even worse in the Windy City for the Isles, who are 0-10-1 in their last 11 in Chicago. The Isles' last win on Blackhawk ice was October 7, 1990 at old Chicago Stadium.

isles "need" win, hawks playing wide open, carefree hockey. snowie hasnt been the same since the league started checking his equipment. ;)

The under is 6-1-2 in the last nine meetings.
CAR is last on offense with 2.16 goals/game.

The Kings, who are 1-3-2-1 in their last seven overall, will be closing a four-game homestand tonight.

Columbus has taken all three meetings this season and has won four straight from the Kings. The Blue Jackets have also won two straight in LA.

gonna wait on this one, gotta check with ddubs. :shade:
