it is plenty west of where the storm went through and I thought I read on a horns message board where they practiced yesterday and today.

however, they have about 15 kids from the NO area...don't know anything further than that, but the game is going to be played.

if you want to grab the points, be careful. horns have romped the last two home openers. I already have a nice wager on the first half over (got it at 28, now at 30) and might add a little bit more to it tomorrow.

good luck

I live here in lafayette and the team has been at practice and looks like they will show up for the game at texas. The mind set of the people here is so up and down with all the damage and the sufferings of the people in the Orleans area. Honestly there isnt a real upbeat attitude around and that may effect the teams play somewhat as emotionally may be tough. I was planning on playing the Cajuns who are my home team getting alot of points over in tex but may simply lay off the side and look at either a 1st half totals play or game totals play if anything.
