NJ Sammy...I just posted about the game...line went down due to Aconwa injury...she is top player inside and second best scorer...your NJ girl can shoot the eyes out of the hoop though......the refs scare me because the NCAA would love to have ND-UConn...small play...I just think making adjustments after losing a big time player late,late in the season is tough..I know when I coached losing someone who is one of your best players was tough to deal with in the next game...after a few games under your belt you adapt...of course in college you have an all state superstar who has been sitting on the bench all year and now gets her chance...small play..like Thomas to keep this close if the refs don't get her in foul trouble..
The weather is getting better up there I heard...coming home at the end of April...its been 6 months away from NY...haven't been away from NY since 1973 when I was a student at North Texas....
1st thing I do when I arrive...going to Callendrea's for a pizza... then for dinner going back there again for some pasta and meatballs....maybe the next day do the same..food in Austin was great,can't complain at all...but no pizza or pasta...for 6 months...all the sauces here are bitter...want a nice southern Italian sweet sauce...hope all is well with you...
