question on neteller instacash........

getting a little confused on this instacash thing.

i see a lot of books take neteller, but im not seeing "instacash" advertised at books like olympic and pinnacle.

do you make the instacash deposit at the SPORTSBOOK or at NETELLER?

seems a little unclear. ive got an account with neteller registered, but just not sure which route to take to make this deposit.

i.e -- how do you use instacash from neteller at olympic or one of those books?

Make the instacash deposit at neteller (deposit 9% more than you want to put in the book, ie if you want to deposit 100 bucks into your book deposit 109 into neteller via instacash). Then transfer the funds as normal into Pinnacle or whatever.
