Do any of them use ATM cards for clients to allow you to withdraw your winnings from any ATM?

sportsbook.com used to do this for a short while but for some reason discontinued it...

I believe there is a site out there called www.prepaidatm.com that some of the sponsor books use. That may be along the lines of what you are looking for.
