Is Randy Johnson's back still bothering him? The numbers say he had a good game vs PHilly last week but he was not sharp at all. Lots of hard hit balls and absolutely no command of the zone. He gutted that game out though.
He is getting hit very hard tonite. You know it is going bad when you give up 5 hits in an inning and Sanders and Shinjo get hits back to back.
When will they make some moves in Oakland? I know that they started out schitty last year, but you just get the feel that this team is not going to turn it around. They look listless, punchless and their pitching is not doing very well. I know Mulder is hurt but Hudson has not been good at all and you can't put the whole thing on Zito's back.
Fletcher: I see that you say that the some guys want Baylor gone from the Cubs. Do you think they give him a chance to get healthy and see? And who would be the next logical choice if he does get the ax?
I can't see the Dodgers lasting very long, as good as their pitching is in that NL West division. Cut some payroll and let chin feng chen play some.
Cleveland is flat out freaking horrible. If they played oakland would you think the total would be 3.5?
