My math model favors Baltimore by 11 points, but Cleveland is coming off their bye week and bad teams tend to play their best off their bye. In fact, teams with losing records (after at least 3 games) are now 31-6 ATS as home underdogs of more than 5 points after their bye week, including Tampa Bay beating Green Bay last week and St. Louis hanging close with the Saints yesterday, so I'll lean with Cleveland plus the points.
