You are correct about the Expos not getting the key hit needed for the over. In both the 7th and 8th inning the Expos had runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out and just couldn't get them in. Sometimes those things happen. I will be watching for both pens tomorrow, as I see G. Mota for the Expos was placed on the DL, explains his ineffectiveness of late as well.
Of course I would never say never..... But, I would say the chances of Armas Jr. going the route is extremely slim since he hasn't gone past the seventh inning all year long. Plus on 7/8 he threw 110 pitches and on 7/3 he threw 99....... Both starts he was more or less ineffective. Bring on that Expos Bullpen tomorrow..... PLEASE!!!
