I noticed that I put the wrong day on yesterday's so I was hoping it was just that I was looking ahead to today's slate! :)

Yesterday's Recap:

One Unit Selections: 0-1-1, -1.10
Spurs -5
The Spurs were up to the usual business as they blew a big lead to maintain a push. For hose who have paid attention to the spurs this year now they have a reputation for coming out the gates doing well, before playing a lackluster second half.
Mil/Ind UNDER 198.5
Even a horrid ten point second quarter by the Pacers could not keep this one from going over the total.

Two Unit Selections: 2-0, +2.00
Dallas-3.5
Nowitzi's 40 points and a nice 3rd quarter by the mavs as they outscored the hawks by 13 led to a nice victory. A thing to keep an eye on is veteran teams in the second half who are down. Veteran teams look at the beginning of the third quarter as an important time to make a statement in the game.
Houston +8
The Rockets should have won this game outright, but instead they put fear in rocket backers as they found a way to be down by 6 in OT . The Rockets may have one eye on the raptors as late in this game (the fourth and OT) they were outscored by 14.

Three Unit Selections: 2-1, +2.70
UNDER 206 Dallas/Atlanta
The only thing keeping the mavs from being a true contender is playing defense. in fact you would have to look long and hard to find any defense in this game. Two players (nowitzi and jt) put up career high's and the lowest total scored in any quarter was 22.
OVER 181 Pistons/Raptors
Glad I grabbed the 181 as the over looked as though it would sail in until both teams stalled late in this contest.

Cavs +13
The cavs were another team that had a shot of winning this one outright, but the road weary legs showed up late, but they hung in to get the W

Halftime Selections

One Unit Selections: 2-0, +2.00

Pistons -4 and Mavs -4
Third Quarters were the key to this sweep

Two Unit Selections:0-2, -2.20
UNDER 106 Mavs/Hawks
Check the post for the total on this game, no defense plain and simple.

Three Unit Selection:0-1, -3.30
Bulls -4.5
The hook got us here, and you can scan last night's posts to see how the bulls should have brought this one home for us.

Overall: 6-5-1, +.10

Another full slate, and RC announced last night he would be here for the halftime team, so I look forward to getting started.

I'll post some insight on this game, but I like to tackle the early games first to get them out of the way, but I will be back with the info I dig up.

Francis Out

Francis Out

No, Actually it is not a concern for me. Although it is always better when he is in the lineup, you could see when he had some tough lapses last night. I actually look for the great defense that was played on Carter last time out and it was not by Francis..also think the X-factor scoring wise tonight is Mobley.

Still a strong play for me...

I can probably answer that some about the houston game rock, when tor plays back to back games they never win both, they either win the first and lose the 2nd, or vice versa, there a terrible home team, they should of lost last night. And theres no team that beats teams by less at home than tor, they either lose or squeak by, they just dont beat teams big. Those would be the reasons imo, if norris didnt suck so bad id have a lot on this game but hes worthless so i dont know if im gonna play it at all i hope that helps....

sorry jt didnt think you were gonna be back possibly before game time and posted this at the same time you did....

Watchin the knicks over here and Boston played a sloppy 1st half while the knicks looked alright. Knicks never come out of the locker room

Take the Celtics -4 HT line.

sorry... I'm late!! :nono:

NY at BOSTON

No way KNICKS shoot 51% from the field again, I'm taking the CELTS at the short price of - 1/2 pt on the game.... ALMOST a 3 UNIT play, but we got a big board, so I'll play it for two. ALSO, I agree with the HOUSTON PLAY also as TOR is hitting way too good to continue.

HOU +.5 - 1 Unit
BOST -3.5 - 2 Units
