RED SOX/BLUE JAYS OVER 9 -130 - You may want to hurry and get down on this one, as the price on this total has been rising steadily since the opening number of 9 ?110. These may be the two most Over-friendly teams in all of baseball! The Over is 29-10 in all Toronto home games this season with an average total score of 12.59 runs per game. At the same time, the Over is also 33-13 in all Boston road games with an average of 11.36 runs per contest. Wakefield has struggled on the road despite his 3-1 road record, as he has a high 5.33 ERA and a 1.55 ratio. Not surprisingly, the Over is 7-2 in his 9 road starts. Granted, Halladay has been pitching brilliantly. However, Boston probably hits him better than any other team in the American League. He has an unbelievable 7.56 ERA with an equally horrible ratio of 1.64 in his last 4 starts vs. the Red Sox, all of which went Over the total. This includes a rough outing in his only start against them this season, where he got the Win despite allowing 7 earned runs and 12 Men on Base in just 6.2 innings.
