I'm not much of a totals player myself but just a hunch that this one goes Under. 
Yes the Saints offense is the best in the NFL but they will be playing outside of the dome against a pretty good Redskins defense in the cold today. On the flips side...the Redskins offense is lousy and they will be facing a Saints defense led by DC Gregg Willuams who by the way was fired by Redskins owner Dan Snyder depite having an agreement with Snyder to become the Redskins coach after Joe Gibbs retired.
Williams knows Jason Campbells tendencies from his time spent in Washington and just a hunch that he has his defensive troops fired up for this one.
