I believe this attacks are not carried out just to the U.S.A., This attacks were against humanity, there are hundreds of victims (presumibly death) from diverse nationalities, including mexicans that I knew.

Therefore retaliation shall not be from U.S.A , to the terroris group that did it. Retaliation shall be from the world as a civilize community to terrorism as a concept. Be it a bomb on Madrid by the ETAS a bomb in London by the IRA, or a bomb in jerusalem by the palestinians.

What happen yesterday, could happen again ANYWERE, pekin, london, moscow you name it.

I believe that Security Policies against terrorism shall not be constringed by any nation on the individual, but rather as an international issue.

I wouldnt say the same, if we were back at the cold war years, but thinks have change a lot.

What happen yesterday is terrible, and I am sure that who did it will be punish, but that is no longer the problem, to prevent it from happening again "any were in the world" is what to look for.

It might have taken 10,000 people lives, for the governaments to take NOW serious actions. I dont want to imagin what could have happen if this miserables terrorist, have had the opportunity to acquire a weapone of mass destruction. (a nuke)

Just some reflections from south of the border.

God Bless Us.
