we have a timeshare for 2 weeks in hawaii (1st week in Maui, second in Oahu), this year, we will not be able to use it. I know it is extemely late to try and rent it, but I am trying anyway.

We took an ad out in the NY times and also on ebay, but not getting much action.

Does anyone know the best way to rent out a timeshare when the notice is short (we have it from 2/24-3/12)

any input would be greatly appreciated

Are u part of RCI resorts? If so why dont give them a call ? I think they can rent it for you or call at the place you own and i am pretty sure they will do rent it for you in exchange of a service fees... I am owner in RCI resorts and it is easy to rent from the place you own but you might have to rent at a cut for that year...
