Revenge for Air Force?

Last year Air Force was ranked 25th when they went into San Diego on a Friday Night. San Diego St. had not beat a ranked team in many many years. Yet they were only a 2 point dog and almost everybody was on Air Force that night. I took the advise of the NBA Kid and bet the dog and bet it pretty big as by 9pm eastern time on a Friday night I was feeling no pain or nervous energy if you know what I mean? The few that went against Joe Public won some cash that night.

Guess my question is- Does any of that crap from last year mean anything this year?? they are now playing a night earlier and at a different venue.

Thanks in advance for any insight. I should probably just start looking at USC -vs- CAL.

The question is how focused and sharp you believe Air Force comes out tonight. I think Air Force is clearly a better team, but you have to remember, Air Force's last two games were an overtime win against Navy and a road loss at ND. Those are both emotional games for Air Force.....Navy being a military game that has bragging rights and all of that jazz associated with it.....and then going to play at ND (even thought ND isn't the greatest right now), it is still a big game for any team that comes into South Bend. It is human nature, especially in sports, to sometimes have a little lapse in focus after an emotional game or two in a row. I will probably stay away from it especially given the line move to 7. Good luck in whatever you decide to play.

For what it's worth, I believe the players that play for any of the armed forces teams contains a unique trait of discipline and focus. I realize they are human just like everyone else and experience high, lows and let downs just like the rest but one thing that makes me comfortable when I do bet on one of these teams is that I know I will get their best effort and they will play hard.

I imagine last years loss stung and the guys and coaches that were around haven't forgot that sting.

Probably a no play since I have a lot riding on the BB games tonight.
