jets had 28 1st downs and out gained n.e. by 100 yards?..
jets win if he kicks away they hold and then get the ball at their own 35 or so. not to mention you've got a chance for punt return if n.e. punts from their 25 or so.
with that much time left going that extra 30 yards killed their chances.

if you need a td to win or tie then you onside kick it.

must of thought that if newengland just gets 1 first down,game over,,so probably did not have faith in there defence to stop newengland at that point

5 n.e. punts in game, so their defense. had a very realistic chance to hold.
especially when most teams go run, run, on 1st and 2nd down in that spot.
just thought it was real dumbass move on his part.
maybe im crazy thought more people would agree.

Its hard to say, New England probably has a different mind set if they get the ball at the 20 instead of where they got it. They would have been more apt to try and get a first down from deep in territory. It was a shame for the Jets to lose it though. That third and goal from the 19 is probably keeping Ryan awake right now

Agreed.... with you bleed...... and the Jets had a chance to close this game by a impressive kicker. But, unfortunately it was blocked..... if the jets could have move the ball for few more yards then this game belong to them..... I had NE -2.5 teaser and I knew I lose already but, I really want the kicker to make the last FG to upset this game for really..... we had alot of members got the Jets ML... and I really root for them to win all...
