Rhode Island Play?????????

This looks like the play taking the points in this matchup. i think they should win outright after a no show effort against xavier, and they are still looking at the conference title. anyone have any thoughts on this one before i lay a bunch of wood on this one.

I got rhode island +8 1/2 this morning and i think they may win out as well, we seem to be the only ones. it is not one of my strongest plays today but i do like it alot., Temple did look good this past week but i still do not believe they are a better team than rhode island, :burnout

I'm not arguing with you, just looking for some insight on why you feel RI is the better team.. but apparently I wont get that insight out of you.

Temple did beat RI on their own court...I know b/c I had Temple laying the 2 points in that one.

RI played well early, leading by DDs, and leading by ten at the half. Temple dominated the 2nd half, scoring more than they usually do and holding RI to 27 total 2nd half points (4pts. in a 12 minute span).

For this reason, I gotta lay off this one. It was either the case that RI suddenly went ice cold at home in the middle of a game, OR more likely that Chaney made some serious halftime adjustments and "figured out" RI.

While it is a lot of points, Temple seems to have turned a corner, and based on the dominating 2nd half they played at RI, Temple may also have RI figured out.

storming... i'm on rhody as well... i wouldn't take the ML on them but i do expect them to cover...they're 7-4 in conference and temple is 5-5; rhody must fight to keep the 2nd seed and tourny bye behind st. joes... losing tonight gets 'em only to 1/2 game ahead of temple... rhody's last two road losses were to superior Xavier and St Joe's squads.. given that temple isn't nearly as strong as these 2 I think Rhody can keep it within the number, also knowing that temple is inconsistent and hasn't defended their home court entirely this season.... just my two cents
