Rice +11.5 at Army?

How can Army lay ANYONE 11.5?!

I mean yeah, they got a good shot at winning, but Rice has scored in the their two games NOT against FSU and Texas (16 on UCLA and 30 on Houston).

I just don't see a plodding Army team scoring a bunch on anyone, certainly not enough to cover 11.5.

I think your fundamentals are rock solid here.... I do not think that Army should be laying DD to any team in Div I-A... Hence i see it as a good fundamental play... that being said, rice is awful and it is tough to lay cash on them on the road... It is rice or nothing in this game
