Tulsa can obviously score... Beat UAB, NO TEX, NMEX ((QB out for NM second half) and Central Arkansas rather handily.
Rice Beat SMU MEMPHIS Lost to VANDY(actually tied at half 21-21) Lost to Tex and beat up No TEX....lot more challenging schedule.
Tulsa coach was Rice coach a couple years back.
Tulsa is the scoring darling, this may fly over the 79 total, as Rice can score in bunches also. I see more value in the 17 pts.
I see it as last team scoring winning type game.
