Would have to lean to Rice plus the pts. I'm a Bows fan, but this could be a bad spot for Hawaii. 3 straight disappointing conference losses on the road. I think Rice can run with UH, and Rice does have the conference's leader in FG %. Rice got crushed last yr here, and I don't think they'll forget that. Rainbow Warriors in a squeaker!
