had a winning day thursday, so venturing on the owls to get win #20 over san jose st. friday. spartans haven't scored over 56 points in last 6 games. they start 3 small guards and last 2 opponents with this line-up have shot 50% + from field against them.
too much offense vs. poor offense!!!

I like rice as well - san jose is in disarray and rice is motivated to continue playing well.
