I'm definitely in agreement with you that the NFL game is changing. We've seen it in high school & college ball the last decade. It's kind of a head scratcher as to why it's taken this long for it to hit the NFL.

yes i agree QB's who can scarmble to make plays or run for 1st downs are far better than old man QB's like manning HE cant run to save his life ....I stll say he should stop playing that neck surgery sure is killing him plus old age

BUT he will play on next year wind up out of playoffs as you seen with my thread sure as shit broncos got tougher schedule for 2014

I disagree with the prediction of the death of the pocket passer.
Although it is nice to have a QB that can scramble, they need to pick their spots or they will get hurt if they rely on it too much.
