Police ID motorcycle riders killed in a shooting near I-17 in Phoenix

Phoenix Police Department has identified two motorcycle riders killed in a shooting as Scott Kikes and Job Martinez.

"Officials say the driver who hit Martinez witnessed the shooting just before hitting him. He was questioned and later released pending the outcome of the investigation."

hold up. the car hit the guy 4 seconds into the video. the shooting had to have happened at least a few seconds before that. as fast as that car was going... how did they witness the shooting? they had to be over 1/10 of a mile away. at night. driving that fast.
