are 17-5 in the last 2 days. I think it has to be wise to take a strong look at a few home teams today. I know that the law of averages usually doesnt apply to wagering, but when it is an easily known fact that teams win more at home, this has to be taken into consideration.
Teams that I am playing today will be.......
San Fran- They are too good of a team to be swept at home. I have to take a chance on Foppert against the rookie Vargas.
Pittsburgh- When I bet against D'Amico, I lose, so I will bet with him!
Milwaukee- We are getting a pitcher that has performed better than his opponant at home with a team trying to win their first game of the series. Looks good at plus odds.
St Louis- LaRussa switched up his pitching rotation to get Morris and Williams a start against the Reds. He really wanted to take this series after being swept by the Reds 4 games last week. With the Reds winning last night I would think they are tired of losing to these guys.
LA- I will take Brown in the pitchers duel at home against a shaky Maddux at times.
Toronto- They are a good home team so I really expect them to come with a better effort tonight against a bad team. TB had the pitching advantage last night anyways, so if they were going to steal one, it would have been last night and the did, so they are probably satisfied.
