does anybody have access to statistics for road underdogs? like a database?
My feeling, is that with a dime-line, playing every road dog will make you a big winner over the course or several years.
For instance, i have stats for only on year.....1999...............if you bet every road undrdog for 1 unit.........you would be + 104.1 units for the season!
QuantSports used to have a database, but they went out of business I think.
I would love it if somebody here could post what "Road Underdogs have done vs. the betting line" over the last decade or so.
Home underdogs, I think, run hot-and-cold, depending on the year. But, I once saw somewhere (and looked at a chart) that betting every away dog over the history of the game (with the 10 cent line, of course) wins consistently, almost year-in and year-out. That's why i LOVE offshores with inflated favorite prices and juicy dog come-back prices!!
