besides a win at Ohio State, who has yet to show they are even legit, I don't see the hype over this team by some.

their home winning streak was nearly put to an end in their last 2 games vrs Temple who is a team that literally relies on ONE player, and an Iowa State team who has lost against any good team they've played.

so far the Jay Hawks look like a vulnerable favorite. one true road game and who in the Big 12 is really a legit contender to test them during the regular season? Oklahoma State MAYBE if you really want to push it....:shrug:

When Indiana loses there, then maybe you will realize what that means. Temple is a VERY good team who already knocked off a Syracuse team who will most likely be in the Final Four. Kansas did play like shit against Iowa State, but it was worth it for Kansas to firmly establish "THE MAN" on the team. McLemore showed he is the by far the best frosh in the country, maybe the best player, period. The rest of the team had a BAD night and Iowa State lit it up from downtown. Yet, Kansas still won. That is what CHAMPIONSHIP teams do. They win games they shouldn't when the team is playing poorly. They are going for their 9th straight Big XII CHAMPIONSHIP.

How many Big Ten championships in a row has Indiana won, sucker? For that matter, when was Indiana's last appearance in the Final Four? Indiana fans are a joke. First time in over a decade you have been relevant, and you have to talk trash. Good luck against Minnesota. You will need it.

Do you understand that I have no allegiance to Indiana whatsoever? I posted in a thread discussing best teams in the country and at the time, my choice was Indiana. You take this as me being some Hoosier fan and talking smack about Big 10 championships like I give a shit who wins that conference. Northwestern could win the Big 10 and I wouldn't give a damn.

And as for Temple being very good, I don't think so. Good? Yes. But very good? No. They beat an untested Syracuse team in a neutral arena. Good win sure, but they also lost at home to Canisius.

anyway, to everyone ELSE....I think Kansas is going to have a quick tourney this year. they will not really face much cream of the crop talent in the weakening big 12 which IMO has taken a big drop overall as a conference.

TCU 0-8 in conference and easily handles Kansas.
