Hampton 2-0 with a 3.16 ERA in August, showing signs of returning to his winning ways..by no means is he pitching wonderfully but he, along with the blazing colorado bats will be good enough to get by the disoriented Mets..

Trachsel has been somewhat shaky of late, losing his last 3 of 5. One of those wins a shutout of the BrewCrew(yay). He's in for a rude Coors field welcome party..the losing continues for the Mets..

Wonder when Mr. Valentine's gonna bust out that disguise he once used to get back into the dugout after being ejected a while back?

Yep. I got burned (Un)Lucky # 13 just wasn't meant to be. Question though. Why does Col bring in 2-8 Jiminez to close out the game in the 9th? I figured when the Mets finally won a game it would be with some late inning theatrics. :SIB
