Roster report: Right-handed pitchers Adam Eaton (elbow surgery), Kevin Jarvis (elbow surgery), Jason Middlebrook (strained groin), Mike DeWitt (strained shoulder) and Brian Tollberg (sprained right elbow); left-handers Kevin Walker (elbow surgery), Rob Ramsay (brain tumor), Eric Cyr (strained left rotator cuff) and Jose Nu?ez (strained left shoulder); infielder Sean Burroughs (sprained right shoulder) and outfielder Ray Lankford (strained right hamstring) are on the disabled list . . .
