ROCKIES/PADRES Under 8 -110 - Chacon continues to be one of the biggest surprises in the National League, as he is now 10-3 with a good (for Coors Field) 4.10 ERA and a 1.33 ratio. He has recorded 4 Quality Starts in his last 5 starts, including one against these Padres at Colorado where he allowed just 2 runs and 5 hits in 6.2 innings. In fact, the Under is now 4-0 in Chacon?s last 4 starts vs. San Diego. Jarvis has yet to find his best form since his recall, but he is facing a Rockies offense that apparently hibernates once they leave Coors. Colorado is averaging just 3.94 runs per game on the road, and they are hitting just .230 vs. right-handed pitchers away from home. Also, although Jarvis has made just 9 starts since the beginning of last season, the Under is 7-2 in those outings, including 2-0 this year.
