Rockies trade Larry Walker to the Cardnials

ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Star outfielder Larry Walker was traded from the Colorado Rockies to the St. Louis Cardinals on Friday night for minor league pitcher Jason Burch and two players to be named.

At least the Cubs got rid of Alex Gonzalez and got that nut case Gariciaparra. Gonzalez was definitely the guy respobsible for the Cubs not going to the World Series last year.
