You watch the highlights and Pitt defense actually played well and he put the ball with velocity in the only place it could be. Maybe the most amazing playoff run by a quarterback. With no running game and they know you are going to pass amazing performances. Man was he on today and no way could you defend it.

he was on, but i dont think anyone can top montana's 1990 performance vs den or even simms vs denver.....those guys didnt miss that day and while rodgers was on he missed a few pretty bad.

true but those were not the number one defenses in the league in giving up points and number one is so many categories.....both montana and simms teams were not one dimensional which makes it more amazing

Rodgers is as good as it gets. Unbelievable when Aikman touts that Rodgers, was "off his game" late in the 2nd qtr. Are you fkn kiddin me? He maybe missed on 2 passes. Probably 8 drops and 3bailouts. Joe Buck is a documented St. Louis pole smoker and Aikman lost credibility with that comment. Maybe Buck was grabbin his package @ the time? :shrug:
