firestick if its only between those two. The amazon fire tv media player is better if you don't mind spending the extra bucks. More memory, faster, etc.

Google install kodi on firestick or fire tv. Watch the ten minute video and follow along.

Call your tv provider and tell them to fuck off.

Enjoy a cord free life and the extra $1200 + a year in your pocket.

Seriously, get a Android box of some kind. 2gig of ram, the newest android and other than that just read reviews on Amazon and buy one. Both of mine were around 50 and work PERFECTLY. If you want to get the best get a Gbox. A friend of mine just got one and it's fast.

If anyone wants to watch every NFL, NBA and whatever other channel you want then send me a message. I use an IPTV service that's around 7.00 a month. It's not perfect but it's pretty damn good. I have NOTHING to do with it. I just use the service and spent about 2 years looking and using every IPTV service I could.

I just got a Roku and am very happy with it. Trying out SlingTV and I like that it has every channel I would watch anyway, even with some shows on demand for each channel. Wife and I just caught up with Walking Dead last night. Only thing about Roku is that when you accidentally hit the search button on the remote (the magnifying glass button) it kicks you out of whatever program or app you are in and you have to go in a start the program over again. Also, don't like that SlingTV doesn't let you fast forward through programs, which isn't exactly a Roku problem.

One other thing about Roku is that you can't put Kodi on it. I didn't realize that beforehand, which might of changed my mind of me. I haven't tried it yet, but my understanding is that I can put Kodi on my laptop and cast whatever I want to the TV directly, bypassing the Roku.

I have amazon fire stick unlocked with Kodi and I absolutely hate it. I used it for a couple months and hated it. Stick to Directv its much better quality and worth the extra money
