My dad has a good friend high up in the Louisville Alumni Association, and he told him that Kragthorpe is out at Louisville and that they are bringing in Alabama's offensive Coordinator Jim McElwain, who was Louisville's Wide Receiver's/Special Teams Coach from 2000-2002.

This is purely rumor, but the guy is pretty credible, have you heard anything about this from the Alabama side?

Sorry for not replying before now.

I have searched all of the chat rooms and websites that I know of for Alabama football and have not seen any mention of this rumor.

It's been pretty tough the past several years to keep a coaching hire quiet, but I suppose it can still be done.

I hope it's not true... not for losing McElwain (although that would suck)... but for the timing. Awbarn is next week followed by the Gayturds and hopefully, possible a BCS National Championship game. We need his entire focus to be on the Alabama offense.

I will keep my eyes open and let you know if I come across anything.
