Bullshit. She trained but she's not mentally tough. I don't think she ever learned to lose and her life and identity were turned upside down when she got knocked out by Holly Holm. She hid for months after losing and I heard she didn't fulfill her press obligations leading up to this event. She's lost her confidence and it was wildly evident once she got hit last night. Just like a golfer with the yips, practice all you want, that shit ain't going away.
